Meet new buddies, condition your body for the demands of wrestling and get familiar with the basics so you can confidently move onto our popular Grade One sessions with positivity and a sense of ease.
Improvers

Grade One: Tues 7.30 - 9.30pm & Sat 1.00 - 3.00pm
This is a beginner class for novice & intermediate level wrestlers who have been wrestling for between 0-3 years. Students follow a structured syllabus and will be invited to take part in a grading when the student has demonstrated proficiency in all areas of the syllabus.

Adult Gymnastics: Sat 10am - 12pm
Develop your agility, strength, spatial awareness & physical confidence at this gymnastics class designed to help wrestlers learn to fly.

High Flyers & Lucha Libre: Mon 7.30 - 9.30pm
Calling all high flyers! Join Danny Black & Claire Heafford every Monday for two hours of lucha drills, agility training, gymnastic fundamentals and big move maneuvers.

Grade Two: Thurs 7.30 - 9.30pm
Taking the essential building blocks learned in Grade One, Grade Two focuses on acquiring a personal repertoire of key creative sequences. From the International to Come Backs, transitions to match structures, you’ll learn to safely execute a match from start to finish, all while working the audience & keeping your opponent safe.

Develop stage presence, build on your natural charisma & learn how to connect with an audience at our weekly performance skills sessions.

Focus on the skills you want to improve.
Small group in-ring sessions are charged at £100 per 2-hour session.
Private sessions can accommodate up to 4 students (£25 per person) & are tailored to the skills you want to learn.
